This pocket page layout was one of the first I’d ever done! So interesting to scrapbook within this style. These photos are from a crazy, chaotic weekend of dogsitting all of our family’s dogs, five in total (with our two added in)!
I used my Felicity Jane November kit for this layout and had a blast creating my own cards from the pattern papers and dressing up the extremely simple cards that accompany this kit.
I thought that these cork leaves would be a challenge, but they fit right in with my DIY layered flower embellishments! This scalloped edge was in the exclusive printable that accompany’s kit subscription.
Incorporating all of the elements from the kit was incredibly fun, including the stamp set and these rubber leaf charms! This banner was a part of the ephemera collection and I added some doodly bows at each end.
These lime green leaves were not my favorite embellishment, but I made them work by tucking them behind a punched banner shape that was popped up on foam tape. Adding in some glittery enamel dots helped take the focus on the neon color too!
Overall, I love the way this layout turned out and was inspired to try more pocket pages! Excited to have a huge variety of layout styles in my albums in future!
