“Chloe’s Baptism” ~ Pocketless Page

These four pictures are from Chloe’s baptism and I just love her face in the last one!  She was so excited and nervous to be baptized in front of everyone, but came out asking to be dunked again.  It was especially lovely that she was baptized on my 30th birthday!  Loved sharing the day with her.

This layout was made with my Felicity Jane October kit, using up the last of the journaling cards from the kit.  I cut some of them up to layer on to other ones and used the black and white ones as mats for the smaller photos. The “This” tag was cut from a journaling card and I used the alphas from September’s kit.

These banners were cut from scrap papers in the kit (not many papers left!) and then I added ephemera stars including an acrylic star from my stash!  Love using that up too!

This card was quite cute!  I punched out the sentiment from this top card and placed the polka dot card behind it, then topped with a strip of paper, a tiny word sticker, and some stamped DIY ephemera!  I added some Nuvo drops to the center of the flowers.

This is the punched sentiment from the previous card, added a stamped “day,” a few stamped ephemera pieces from the stamp that came from the kit, and a butterfly sitting on my desk, plus a gold heart clip.

Overall, I love the soft and serene feel of this layout.  I think it reflects the sweetness of the pictures nicely.
